Job role description:
- Define, prioritize, and resolve all support requests in an organized, efficient and expedited fashion.
- Administration and monitoring of corporate and managed services cloud-based systems.
- Development, maintenance, and usage of automation scripts using Bash, PowerShell, Python, etc.
- Assist with patch management in Development / QA and Production environments.
- Create and maintain configuration documentation, as well as system and operations documentation.
- Coach Junior Systems engineers.
- Creating and maintaining IT configuration and knowledgebase documentation.
- Produce, maintains and updates knowledgebase documentation.
- Diagnose and remediate issues with Windows Server Infrastructure, and related roles and features, as well as other Microsoft and third-party Windows business infrastructure applications, while identifying recurring issues which can be remediated through automation.
- Act as primary point of contact for outages and escalations and assign Incident Managers for emergent issues.
- Monitor backups and restore files on request.
- Monitor ticket tracking system for newly assigned tasks.
- Monitor and report on all of networks, systems and applications in a 24x7 World Class ITOC, while working expeditiously to limit impact to our customers and tracking the health of our SLA’s.
- Implement and follow all policies and procedures for monitoring, testing product availability, how problems are identified and incident management.
- Handle routine Operations requests such as adding new users, restarting services, blocking IP addresses.
- May perform other responsibilities as assigned. Responsibilities and duties may change when circumstances dictate (e.g., emergencies change in workload, rush jobs, or technical developments).

Education requirements
Graduate/ Bachelor level education in IT or related majors.
Having Industry certificates like MCSE would be an advantage.
Background and experience:
- 5+ years' experience in Systems engineering

- Knowledge of M365 Security and Compliance related technologies, including retention policies.

Develop and implement documentation procedures and guidelines for legal claims.

Collaborate with internal teams, including legal, compliance, and risk management, to gather relevant information for legal claim documentation.
Coordinate Legal Claim Processes:
Collaborate with the legal team to gather information, evidence, and supporting documents necessary for legal claims.
Assist in the preparation and filing of legal documents related to claims, such as complaints, responses, motions, and settlements.
Ensure adherence to legal procedures and deadlines in relation to legal claims.
Monitor the progress of legal claims and maintain accurate records of all activities and milestones.
Liaise with Internal and External Stakeholders:
Act as a primary point of contact for internal teams and external parties involved in legal claims.
Coordinate and facilitate communication between legal counsel, insurance providers, regulatory agencies, and other relevant parties.
Respond to inquiries and requests for legal claim information from internal and external stakeholders.
Provide support and guidance to internal teams on documentation requirements and procedures related to legal claims.
Quality Assurance and Compliance:
Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of legal claim documentation.
Conduct regular audits of legal claim documents to identify areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and industry standards pertaining to legal claim documentation and processes.
Stay updated on changes in relevant laws, regulations, and best practices related to legal claims and documentation.
Training and Support:
Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on legal claim documentation processes and requirements.
Provide guidance and support to employees regarding the proper documentation of incidents or events that may lead to potential legal claims.
Offer assistance and expertise in the use of document management systems and tools to ensure efficient and effective documentation processes.
