Job purpose:
Plays a critical role in Master data creation and maintaining the accurate data in the system by engaging with internal stakeholders. Cross-functional teams during the entire project life cycle, from initial evaluation of a request to final deliverables. Above all, the candidate to provide a timely response to all the requests for smooth operation flow also supports performance management reporting, budgeting, data quality reporting, and report simplification activities. This role is going to be an individual contributor with the required expertise working in a hybrid model.
Job role description:
- Understand the request received from the branch and create client IDs.
- Maintains accurate data in the system by coordinating with the respective Branch/Sales/Operations team.
- Complete the master data creation as per the SLAs/Timelines agreed.
- Preparing Sales, Product, Trade Lane, and other performance reports for management decision-making.
- Perform budgeting process by coordinating with the Regional/Country management team.
- Perform quality audits and work with the Operations team to have the quality data in the system.
- Adopt timing as required as per the need of the job requirement.

Education requirements
Any bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration or Logistics (or equivalent) is an added advantage.
Language requirements:
English – Fluent (required)
Background and experience:
- Self-starter, individual contributor, Result oriented and customer-focused personality with 5-7 years of experience in freight forwarding, Data analytics, operations, sales, or a related field.
- Preference for knowledge or experience in Data Analytics, Customer reporting, and Master data management in the freight forwarding industry.
- Basic project management skills and business sense, Sound skills in reading, interpreting, and analyzing big data also Ability to establish workload priorities and balance diverse tasks.
- Preference for experience using advanced excel and Macros/VB coding.
Competencies and skills:
- Proficient with MS-Office products, especially MS Excel, where advanced skills and experience are required.
- Good communication skills plus Fluency in English (written and verbal communication).
- Personality with a collaborative approach to creatively solve problems via business solutions.
