Executive – pricing

Job purpose

This position is a hybrid position, focusing on assisting pricing and sales team members, in data of customers, and markets analysis, in identifying opportunities in sales, and help optimize pricing activities. The ideal candidate should have analytical, negotiations, sales expertise, communication and customer focus skills.

Main tasks and responsibilities

  • Data analysis, pricing and identify selling opportunities.
  • Develop and execute effective sales opportunities to drive revenue growth for existing and new businesses.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to corporate sales activities.
  • Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients.
  • Full hands-on spot pricing with strong business acumen and coordinating with sales teams.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and analyses for management review.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Space utilization and deliver volume targets.
  • Deliver revenue targets.
  • Reduce operational cost, and drive optimization.
  • Deliver customer centric approach in your daily business activities.

Educational Requirements

Graduate level education, Master

Language Requirements

English – Fluent (required)

Background and experience

  • 5 years Proven experience in corporate or B2B sales with a successful track record.
  • Knowledge of containers and its movement, trade lanes, port, harbor, pricing, customs and immigration activities and procedures, and necessary legal requirements
  • Knowledge of Terminal operating systems, shipping operations, vessel services and port rotations.

  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing abilities.
  • Results-oriented mindset with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Industry knowledge and understanding of the offered products or services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant computer applications.
  • The overarching goal of a Corporate Sales Executive is to contribute significantly to the company’s revenue growth by effectively acquiring new clients, nurturing existing relationships, and staying attuned to the dynamic business landscape.
